Ellie Davies, Founder and Principal Consultant. Ellie's career began in retail and progressed through logistics, supply chain, procurement and advisory roles across the public and private sectors. That path gives her a practical understanding of how procurement decisions affect organisations from frontline operations to executive level. She brings more than 25 years of commercial experience, over 15 years leading procurement, contract management and governance, and more than a decade lecturing in supply chain, logistics and procurement at university level. Today she helps organisations turn complex procurement, contract management and ESG requirements into practical, compliant and workable solutions, and build procurement functions that become a lasting centre of excellence.
